By using this website or confirming a consultation, you accept these terms. Engine Forgehub provides language-priority consultations, speaking rehearsals and short practice check-ins. We do not provide legal, immigration, tax, medical or sworn translation services, and no language outcome can be guaranteed.
Booking and client responsibilities
A booking exists only after we confirm the scope, date, fee and payment arrangements in writing. You must provide accurate contact information, attend on time and disclose materials needed for preparation by the agreed deadline. You retain responsibility for decisions made in official, medical, housing and employment matters.
Fees, cancellation and delivery
Fees are stated in euros. This site does not accept payment. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are described in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Digital notes are normally sent within the timeframe stated for the booked service.
Intellectual property
The website text, session frameworks and original materials belong to Engine Forgehub. You may use personal session materials for your own learning, but may not sell, publish or distribute them as teaching resources. You retain rights in materials you supply and grant us permission to use them only to deliver the agreed service.
Liability
We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, missed appointments with third parties, official decisions or consequences of relying on language guidance as professional advice. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where applicable.
Governing law and disputes
