Cancelling before preparation starts
If you cancel more than 48 hours before an appointment and we have not begun bespoke preparation, any fee already paid is refundable in full. Request cancellation by emailing info@engine-forgehub.digital with your name and appointment date.
Late cancellation, preparation and partial refunds
Between 24 and 48 hours before a session, we may retain the reasonable value of personalised preparation already completed and refund the balance. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is normally non-refundable because the reserved time is unlikely to be filled. We will consider documented emergencies individually and will not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Rescheduling and no-shows
An individual appointment may be rescheduled once without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. A later request may be treated as a cancellation. If you do not join or arrive within 15 minutes and have not contacted us, the appointment is a no-show and no refund is due.
Packages
For the Four-Week Practice Check-in, unused calls may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase where a statutory withdrawal right applies. Once you expressly request work to begin during that period, we may deduct the proportion already delivered. Calls and written recaps already provided are not refundable. Remaining appointments expire six weeks after the first call unless we agree an extension.
Provider cancellation
If Engine Forgehub must cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, we refund the affected session in full. For a package, you may choose a replacement date or a pro-rata refund for the undelivered call.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible within 7–10 working days after confirmation. Bank processing can add time. No physical products, purchased materials or deposits are part of our standard offer; if custom work ever requires an external cost, its refund treatment will be agreed in writing before purchase.
This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights under German law.
