Privacy notice

How Engine Forgehub handles enquiry, booking and website data under German and European data protection rules.

Data controller

Engine Forgehub, Level 12, 64 Eschersheimer Landstraße, Frankfurt am Main 60322, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact info@engine-forgehub.digital for privacy questions.

Data we receive and why

When you enquire, we receive your name, email, message, requested service and optional timing information. We use it to answer your request, prepare a quotation and take steps toward a contract. If you book, we keep scheduling, service and accounting records to perform the contract and meet legal obligations.

We ask that you do not send passport details, health records, immigration files or other sensitive data through the contact form. The demonstration form posts to a static mock endpoint and does not create a real booking; email remains available for genuine enquiries.

Cookies and local storage

Essential browser storage remembers whether you accepted or rejected the cookie banner. Optional analytics are not loaded by the current site. Details appear in our cookie policy.

Retention and recipients

Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Contract and invoice records may be held for the periods required by German commercial and tax law, commonly up to ten years depending on the record. Session working notes are normally removed within twelve months after support ends.

We share data only with service providers needed for email, hosting, scheduling or accounting under appropriate agreements, or when law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

We aim to use providers processing data in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we require a lawful safeguard such as an adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses, plus supplementary measures where needed.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may also complain to the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or another competent supervisory authority.

Security and updates

We use access controls, limited retention and encrypted transport where supported. No internet transmission is risk-free. We update this notice when our handling practices materially change.
