What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website stores through your browser. Local storage is a related browser feature that can retain a simple value. We use local storage to remember the choice made on our cookie banner.
What this site uses
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
engineForgehub_cookieChoice | Records “accepted” or “rejected” so the banner does not reappear on every page | Until you clear site data | Engine Forgehub |
This preference is essential to remember your stated choice. The current site does not set analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. If analytics are introduced later, they will remain disabled unless you accept and this table will be updated first.
Accepting or rejecting
The banner gives equal access to Accept and Reject. Rejecting does not block forms, articles or any other site function. Your selection is stored only in your browser and is not itself sent to us by this static site.
Managing or disabling storage
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. The exact menu differs by browser. Blocking local storage means the banner may return on another page or visit, but the website remains usable.
Third-party content
Pages load fonts from Google and photographs from Unsplash. Those providers may receive technical request data such as your IP address when their files load. We do not currently embed social feeds, maps or advertising widgets that intentionally set third-party marketing cookies.
